Help set up and distribute caps & gowns to the Faculty.
5/21 Wednesday, 8:30 am-12:00 pm, 12:00-3:30 pm
Help organize all items needed for each Faculty's regalia request. There are some duties that require some lifting and some that do not
require lifting.
5/22 Thursday, 9:00 am-12:30 pm, 12:30-4:00 pm
Distribute the outfits to faculty and staff who come to Bartels Hall.
5/23 Friday, 9:00 am-12:30 pm, 12:30-4:00 pm
Distribute the outfits to faculty and staff who come to Bartels Hall.
5/24 Saturday, 3:30-7:00 pm
Distribute the outfits to faculty and staff who come to Bartels Hall.
5/25 Sunday, 8:00-10:30 am
Distribute the outfits to faculty and staff who come to Bartels Hall.
5/25 Sunday, 11:30-3:00 pm
Collect outfits as they are returned after the various commencement ceremonies.
Compensation - you'll receive 2 free movie tickets to Regal Cinema (for every 3 1/2 hour shift),
an invitation to the President's Usher Thank-you Reception on June 3, and a commemorative mug.
